I called Premiere Heating & Cooling when my air conditioner stopped working. They called and scheduled an appointment with me promptly. The Premier Heating & Cooling Technician arrived on time. He came equipped with all the necessary tools and parts needed to repair my air conditioner. He was respectful of my carpeting and hardwood floors. After he diagnosed the problem, he explained it to me in detail and gave me an estimate to repair my air conditioner before he started the work. They offer multiple ways to pay and several no-nonsense, easy to understand, subscription based year round maintenance paxkages. Th Technicialn also answered several questions about how my heating and cooling system operates. In an era when many companies talk customer service and don't deliver it, Premiere Heating & Cooling actually backs up their promise of customer service with quantifiable action and results. I recommend Premiere Heating & Cooling for all of your residential and commercial heating and Cooling needs! It feels great to do business with a company you can actually trust!

Very professional and courteous technician. Entered my home and took the time to cover his shoes (on a rainy day) and listen to our concerns. The problem was fixed within an hour and we are satisfied with the results. Will continue to use Premier for our heating and cooling needs!!

I am not knowledgeable about the service that needs to be routinely done on my furnace and air conditioner. The man who came today has been here many times. He is polite, thorough and very helpful. He told me of some maintenance I need to do on my water heater. He is keeping me from having a big problem some day. I continue to be pleased with Premiere. Thanks for all you do for me. Sincerely. I was a little hesitant to stick with Premier when they bought out my previous servicing company, but I have been extremely happy with the customer service and the techs, especially Rob who was one of the installers on my new system. They are professional, prompt and they are in and in and out. I had to cancel an earlier scheduled appointment and asked to be on standby a couple days later if a cancellation occurred and a couple hours later Rob showed up to do my winter servicing.

Our A/C stopped working and they were able to send a tech out same day. Rob came and was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the necessary parts and, even though our unit is old, he didn’t try to pressure me into buying a new unit (in fact, I’m the one who brought it up). Very pleased with the service and professionalism of this company.

During our annual check up this year Rob our technician was doing his very thorough check of our system and found that the system was not operating at it's peak. His further check found an issue with the A coil. The A coil was replaced today and the system is back to it's peak performance. Thanks Rob for being so great at your job and thanks Premier heating and cooling for standing behind the products you sell. Thanks also to Lisa for keeping me updated on the progress of the A coil order and appointment for install. Glen you have a great team! Keep up the great work ! Joe Bommarito

Premier installed two new HVAC units about 12 months ago. They did a great job and I was highly satisfied. I had them come out to do the inspection/cleaning this spring, and everything checked out. Then, about 2 weeks later, the upstairs AC stopped working. I called them at noon, and they were at my house by 4pm the same day. After a brief investigation, they discovered that the breaker had flipped on the upstairs system. Without any prompting from me, they decided that the breaker was 'only barely big enough for the system', and said they would install new, larger breakers for free. They did so a few days later. Overall, I had an extremely good experience when they did the install, and now I had a minor service issue and their support was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Have used Premier Heating/Cooling for years. They are a very reputable company that give fast, friendly service. Their technician Ron arrived at the promised time, wore shoe protectors to keep our carpet clean from working on the A/C outside. He serviced our unit and got us cool and comfortable before the hot weather moves in. We highly recommend Premier and have done so to family, friends & neighbors.

Rob did a fantastic job performing maintenance on our air conditioning unit. He was very thorough, efficient and professional. Rob also explained everything he was going to do and even showed me why a capacitor needed replacing. I’ve been using Premier Heating and Cooling for over 10 years now and have always been very happy with their services. Very affordable too. I highly recommend them!

Rob did a great job for us today. The steam humidifier that Premier installed for us last week was loud and so they came to address that. What I really appreciated was not only did he address that issue but he also noticed the furnace was short cycling and fixed that too. Really appreciate Rob going the extra mile to make sure all was functioning as it should!

Premier has always been responsive to our service calls. We have been their customer for over 20 years and can depend on quality workmanship. This week, Rob inspected our systems and alerted us to the fact that everything was running properly but our condenser was quite old. We checked our records and found it had been installed outside over 19 years ago. I guess that's a pretty good indicator of how great their service is. We will be replacing it in the near future, of course, with Premier Heating & Cooling. Appreciate their courtesies as well.

Very pleased with their service. They've come over twice on weekends due to sudden emergencies, last year and today, and have been very knowledgeable and professional. Both technicians made the diagnosis and repair quickly. They gave good explanations and helpful advice on care and maintenance, too. I feel the $145 extra charge for weekend emergency service (once after 10 pm!) was reasonable, and the technician was very careful and clear in advance to make sure I was willing to pay the extra charge. He had also given me advice over the phone on how to turn off the system that was malfunctioning, and told me I could wait until a weekday if I did not want to pay the extra charge. Very honest. I plan to start a service agreement to have them check the whole heating and cooling system twice a year. Very honest and professional.
